At MuddyCreek Tackle, we build gear that’s meant to take a beating—because that’s how we fish. Every product we manufacture is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. If there’s a problem due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion. Just send the item to us prepaid, and we’ll take care of the rest.

This warranty covers products made by MuddyCreek Tackle that have been used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with their intended purpose. It does not apply to items damaged from misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Regular wear and tear is also not covered.

To submit a warranty claim, please click here to download our Repair Form and include the completed form with your return shipment. Missing paperwork can delay or void your warranty request, so be sure everything is filled out completely before sending it in.

Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. MuddyCreek Tackle is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use or failure of the item. This warranty does not imply merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what’s described here.
