We don’t offer fully custom builds, but if you’re looking for a configuration that isn’t listed but can be assembled using our existing parts, we’re happy to help. Contact us at info@muddycreektackle.com or (724) 771-8405 and we can discuss your setup and provide pricing if it’s possible.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We also offer expedited options at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

What’s covered under your warranty?

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all MuddyCreek Tackle products. If something breaks due to a material or workmanship issue, we’ll fix or replace it. See our Warranty Policy for more info.

Where are your products made?

We proudly design and manufacture our products right here in Irwin, Pennsylvania.
