At MuddyCreek Tackle, we take pride in building premium-grade trolling and rod holder systems for serious anglers. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all parts, hardware, and packaging.

To begin a return, please contact us first at info@muddycreektackle.com or call (724) 771-8405. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

Exchanges

Need a different size, model, or part? Contact us, and we’ll help with a fast and easy exchange process. Exchanges must also be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom-built or special-order items
  
• Used, altered, or damaged products
  
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  
• Gift cards
  

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a brief description when emailing us, and we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.

Repair Services

Need a repair? Please visit our Warranty & Repair Page for full instructions and a downloadable repair form. Most repairs are covered under our limited warranty.
