We build our products to perform—and we back them with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of shipment, covering defects in materials or workmanship when used under normal conditions and according to our instructions.

What’s Covered:

If your gear has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion. Just send it back with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Improper installation or alteration
• Use outside intended operating procedures
  

Reasonable care must be taken during use. MuddyCreek Tackle expressly disclaims liability for loss or damage resulting from improper use.

Limitations of Liability:

Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the product.

We are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is stated here.

No representative or distributor is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
